The Care Recipient


Self-directed care is great, but managing payroll and billing can be a huge hassle. Working with a financial management service made some of that easier for me, especially since I’m directing my own care, but I still need to track time and usage of my service units.

I can’t wait to see what else they can do. Their new software made it easy to create a care plan, and it goes right into the app for my caregiver to refer to. They also keep copies of all my documentation so that I can see it when I need to.

The Agency Owner


As the Agency Owner, I start each day confident that Cashé can tell me where my operations are working smoothly, and where I can focus my efforts to provide better care. Look – there are lots of agencies I can work for. Giving me ways to make my life easier counts for a lot – Whether it’s getting paperwork done faster, filing my timecards and mileage through my phone, or getting my schedule changed without too much difficulty. Fortunately, my agency uses Cashé, and it’s way better than dealing with paper and having to call the office to get anything done. This also allows me to spend less time on paperwork and admin tasks, and more time with my care recipients.

I love that care plans are built right into the app. I fill in for other PCAs at my agency quite a bit – there’s a lot to remember about care plans, and it’s useful to know what I’m supposed to be doing before I show up.
