Praba Manivasager - President

A technology visionary with a passion for solving complex problems, Praba has taken on the challenge of altering the course of home healthcare. With over 25 years in technology, strategy and operations, Praba brings a unique mix of talents to chart a new path for Cashé software. Prior to Cashé, Praba served as a COO of a telecom company, a SVP of a large public technology company,  founded and sold an outsourcing company and a B2B IT services marketplace.  Praba started his career as a consultant working for two large fortune 50 manufacturing companies. Praba has a Degree in computer Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Tiffany O’Connor - Manager, Billing Services

Tiffany found her true passion to help others while working as a CNA. Upon completion of a Managerial Accounting Degree, she was ready to bridge the gap between helping others and crunching numbers, which she found in medical billing. Her early career brought hands-on experience in billing for Assisted Livings and Nursing Homes and working for a Minnesota Insurance Payor. After finding her home at Cashé, she has proven to have the skills and leadership needed to oversee a team of 10 Billing Specialists and an ever-growing customer base. She is dedicated to helping agencies with their cash flow needs so they can take better care of their customers.

Baquar Khan – Manager, User Support and Training

With over 8 years in the home care industry, Baquar has a true understanding of agency operations and the importance of great customer service.

With his deep knowledge of technology and an ever positive approach, Baquar has raised the bar on customer service in the home care industry.

He continues to apply his knowledge of home healthcare to improve the Cashé platform while making it user friendly and easy to use for the user community. 

Bill Thomalla – Director of Technology

Bill brings over 20 years of experience in Operations and Technology to Cashé . With experience in multiple industries, Bill’s extensive background leading development and technology teams allow Cashé to rapidly deploy enhancements to our software platform.

As a technology leader, Bill has directed deployment of new technology and tools to improve operations in customer service, finance, HR, operations, and case management functions. These improvements have enabled business growth, improved customer care, greater efficiency in operations, improved cash flow, and increased profitability. With technology automating the back-office and administrative functions, caregivers can focus on the more important task of caring for their clients.

Bill’s passion for technology and process improvement are key to his role. He leads the implementation of new technology, tools, and features that enable agencies to bring efficiencies to their business operations, so that they can provide exceptional value and care for their clients.

Julie Harber - Business Automation Consultant

Julie is a 15-year veteran of the home care industry. Having started her career as a caregiver, she grew within her agency having various roles and responsibilities. Julie’s experience of agency management is deep and broad. Most recently, Julie led a 350-client comprehensive agency with multiple offices in Minnesota.

As a technologist, Julie has deployed a variety of tools to address some of the toughest issues of the industry whether it be human resources, scheduling, billing, payroll or compliance. The automation and process improvements have enabled her to grow the business while providing great care for her clients.

Julie’s passion for continuous improvement and technology are the corner stones of her consulting role where she helps agencies maximize the Cashé product set to streamline the business and deliver exceptional care to their clients.
